Technical Training and the Increased Need for Business Training

How many Technical Dental courses have you taken since graduating dental school? 

And now how many business courses have you taken during that same time period?

Many dentists I speak with tell me they were and maybe still are ill-prepared to run a business.  They wish they had more leadership training.  They want to be savvier when it comes to the numbers in their dental practice.

I love the technical side of dentistry too.  I am a dental hygienist.  I love seeing a patient’s life transformed through dentistry.  It’s an amazing experience to be a part of.

However, I also see the stress that dentists face in their practice.  There are many moving parts to a day in the life of a dentist.  There is so much to juggle at one time.  It can be overwhelming. 

You’re not alone!  And there is a better way!
