How to Complete the Worksheet

List your total annual collections.
This is your gross income before any expenses. -
Calculate your CAPs.
Determine what percentage currently goes to Profit, Owner’s Pay, Taxes, and Operating Expenses. -
Write down your TAPs.
These are your goals based on what a healthy practice should look like. -
Identify the gap.
Subtract CAPs from TAPs to see where adjustments are needed.
